    Technological process of spinning core spun yarn

    Spinning process~

    At present, there are two processes of spinning core spun yarn, taking the processing of polyester cotton core spun yarn as an example.

    Roughing system:

    Combing system:

    In the actual processing process, the selection of core spun yarn process depends on the yarn forming requirements the number of spun yarns. When core spun yarn is used as sewing thread, the high strength low elongation bright polyester filament with more than 7.78tex (70D) / 36F monofilament is generally selected. When it is used for ragged coat material, it can be made of 7.56tex (68D) / 36F bright polyester filament. But for the core spun yarn of burnt out fabric, the size of the core yarn should be larger. Generally, 7.22-8.33tex (65-75d) / 36F matt semi gloss polyester filament is used to prevent the burnt out part being too thin causing aurora.

    The core spun yarn used in elastic fabric can be selected according to the fabric use. Generally, polyester type 7.78tex (70D) spandex fiber is selected, its draft ratio is about 3.8 times. The medium (medium low count) spandex core spun yarn for meridional strong corduroy elastic labor cloth has a larger draft, about 3.8-4.0 times, which can ensure that when the elastic pants are taken, the buttocks knees have a relatively resilient force.

    Selection of outsourcing fiber:

    If cotton fiber is used as the outer fiber, theoretically, raw cotton with long length, high count good maturity should be selected as far as possible. But it depends on the purpose of the product. If it is used for high-speed sewing thread, but for shirt fabric skirt material, other ragged decorative cloth, it is necessary to good raw cotton, because they do need to undergo the test of strong friction high-temperature melting like high-speed sewing thread, will produce "peeling" phenomenon, so the raw cotton of 30mm length can meet the requirements. However, there are less neps impurities in the outer cotton of core spun yarn used for rotten fabrics. For example, it is better to use rayon as the outer fiber, with low strength, good dyeing performance less NEP impurities.
